How Do You Define Uplift in GA4?
GA4 is the source of truth. Uplift is the change in revenue per visitor or conversion rate, measured against the agreed baseline in rolling 30 day windows.
How Is the Baseline Set?
Baseline is agreed at onboarding using historical GA4 data. Default is year on year. If not viable, we agree a pegged baseline and log it in the shared context log.
What If Tracking Is Not Reliable Yet?
We fix tracking reliability first. We prioritise measurement and analytics foundations before uplift is validated in GA4.
What Would End the Performance Gateway?
The Gateway ends when the GA4 success threshold is reached, when 90 days ends, or when a switch to Development is agreed.
Can We Switch Pathways Later?
Yes. You can switch pathways at agreed boundaries. Scope and commercial terms change to match the selected pathway.
What Happens If We Cancel, Including Unused Development Hours?
Billing is monthly in arrears. For Development only, unused hours are refunded on termination in line with agreed terms and the final time report.
